I don’t remember the password for logging in to my computer that has Windows 7. What should I do, please suggest??

I was playing the Star Wars game online in multiplayer mode on my computer. After playing I logged off. On logging again I got a blue screen error. Could this be due to hacking or a virus. Can you suggest a solution for this??

I bought a laptop with Windows 7. After updating Windows 7, the computer showed a black screen with an underscore. Then it restarted on its own. I even tried booting in safe mode by pressing F8, but nothing happened. Help me fix this problem.?
