It seems that your computer needs to be optimized. Please try these:

a) Clear the temp folders:
• Click Start->Click Run->Type Temp and click on OK->Delete all file
• Click Start->Click Run->Type %Temp% and click on OK->Delete all files
• Click Start->Click Run->Type Prefetch and click on OK->Delete all files
b) Do a disk cleanup.
• Click on start
• Click on run
• Type cleanmgr and click on ok
• Remove all the junk files
c) Remove any unwanted programs installed on the computer
• Click on start
• Click on Control Panel
• Click on Programs and features
• Select the programs that you do not use and remove them
d) Reset the Internet Explorer:
Note: Doing this, you will lose all the save passwords on the browser and the Browsing History and the Cookies. Do this only if you remember all the passwords.
• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on Tools
• Click on Internet Options
• Click on the Advanced Tab
• Click on Reset at the bottom right
• When prompted for confirmation, click reset again
• Close the Browser
e) Check if this resolves the issue. If it does not, then restart the computer in safe mode.
o Restart the computer and keep tapping F8 when you see the OEM Logo
o Once you get Windows Advanced options, select Safe mode with Networking.
o Press enter if you are prompted to select the Operating System
o Login with your username and password
o Check if you are able to save the files in Safe Mode.
f) If you are able to save files in safe mode, then do a clean boot.
• Click on Start
• Click on run
• Type msconfig and hit enter
• On the System Configuration window, click on the startup tab
• Click on disable all at the bottom right
• Now click on the services tab on the top
• Ensure that you have a check mark in the box “Hide All Microsoft Services”.
• Click on disable all at the bottom right
• Save changes and restart the computer in the normal mode
• Check if you are able to save files now.
