Error 641means the server cannot allocate NetBIOS resources needed to support the client. Try these:

1. Check dialer settings.
2. Are on a network? If not, check the network control panel and perhaps reinstall the components.
3. If you are on a network contact the sysadmin and make sure that the network is configured to dial out.
