If the system is only booting in the safe mode, then try these steps to resolve the issue:
A) Click on start
B) Click on run
C) Type msconfig and click on ok
D) Under the boot or boot.ini tab, uncheck the option Safe Boot
E) Under the general tab, click on normal startup
F) Save changes and restart the computer
G) If this does not help, repeat the steps from a to e
H) Save changes but do not restart the computer
I) Click on start
J) Click on run
K) Type regedit
L) This will open the registry editor for you. Note: Please use the registry at your own risk. Changes made in the registry can lead to the system going to a no-boot state
M) Locate the following Registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\SHARED TOOLS\MSCONFIG
N) Take a backup of the MSCONFIG key
O) Delete the MSCONFIG key and restart the computer
If this still does not help, re-post again
