My taskbar disappears automatically, it never come back until I restart the computer. I have to restart the computer everytime to restore the taskbar.

You have not mentioned which Windows version you are using. Taskbar normally disappears if the explorer crashes. Anyways, I will provide you some generic steps here, please try these:

(a) Make sure taskbar is not minimized, hidden etc first.
(b) Run a antispyware and antivirus scan in your system
(c) Uninstall any program you do not use.
(d) Use msconfig command or stop any unwanted programs to auto start with Windows.
