You have not mentioned about the crash details like a blue screen error code etc as the code gives a good idea where to start. You have tried to repair it but all failed. You have mentioned it happens in 5 minutes so you think its exact 5 minutes or you have just generalized it? Please try the following steps:
(a) After system boot, press F8 key and see if you get an advance menu, if yes, select safe mode and see if it boots. If it boots, try to run a full system scan of antivirus and anti spyware.
(b) Remove any additional hardware attached with the system like sound card, video card, printers, wireless products etc. Undo any recent changes that you made.
(c) Run a hardware diagnostics if you system supports it, try to identify the hardware. Specially look for the results of the memory test.
(d) Update the system BIOS
(e) Uninstall any incompatible software or old software’s that you don’t use any more.
(f) Make sure the installation is genuine and a good copy.
(g) Check if the system is heating up or making any weird noise.
