Bad pool header issues normally comes when the chipset drivers are not compatible with Windows 7. You have not mentioned if you have made any recent changes to the system. You have written normally so do you get other errors as well? Since when you have started observing this? I would suggest you to download and install the latest Chipset drivers on the computer, downloaded from the manufacturers website.
