My computer starts in safe mode only. I am frustrated with this problem. I called tech support and they are saying my windows is corrupt and need to reload everything that’ll erase all my information. I have lots of information stored I can’t take this risk. Can anyone help me solve this crazy message.

Safe mode lets you access just a limited number of features, so this problem can be annoying. There could be many reasons for this happening. It can be caused even if the boot up setting has been changed to safe mode(the most common cause of this problem). Follow these steps:

- In start>run, type 'msconfig' and press enter
- When you get the 'system configuration utility' window, go to the boot tab
- Uncheck 'Safe Mode'
