In Windows XP, to view the network adapter properties, please go to Start/Control Panel / Network Connections / Network Adapter Properties. You can even check the properties through Device manager tab under system icon in Control Panel.

Since last weekend, I’ve been dealing with the BSOD thing. I managed to get the minidump file information somehow. I am not able to start my windows xp computer anymore. I get a blue screen with a stop: 0x0000007e. It's the same in safe mode and safe mode with networking. Safe mode with command prompt gets me to a black DOS window but I don't know what to do next. Please help me, I have a lot of files on this computers I just can't lose.
