Changing startup sound in Windows 7 involves methods not supported by Microsoft and this may result in system instability. You can find many methods available online which I would not recommend.

I got an HP G60-530US laptop that completely crashed because of viruses. I decided to reinstall windows 7 as I had a disk and a family pack product key. So, I formatted the HD, and started the process. Windows Boot ManagerWindows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.Any help would be greatly appreciated
