You will have to use third party tweaks and utility to remove the show desktop button, there is no direct setting to remove it. Please use the utility that is useful rather than a botheration for you.

I got an HP G60-530US laptop that completely crashed because of viruses. I decided to reinstall windows 7 as I had a disk and a family pack product key. So, I formatted the HD, and started the process.
