Code Integrity (CI) protects Windows Vista by verifying that system binaries haven’t been tampered with by malicious code and by ensuring that there are no unsigned drivers running in kernel mode on the system. Try to boot to safe mode and use MSCONFIG utility to disable all startup programs and check if it helps. If not, try a Windows repair as per steps given in the link http://www.askiyogi.com/windows/19872.html
1. Start the computer and tap the f8 key immediately. This would get you to the ‘Advanced Boot Options’. Highlight ‘Last Known Good Configuration’ and press enter.
2. From the ‘Advanced Boot Options’, choose ‘Safe Mode’. If it works, perform a system restore to revert the computer settings to a point before the problem started. To do so, click start, type system restore and press enter.
3. From the ‘Advanced Boot Options’, choose ‘Repair your computer’ and perform a system restore.
