If you set your Windows 7 computer to install updates automatically, Service Pack 1 would be installed when the system is eligible for it.

If you want to install it manually, you can check http://windows.microsoft.com/installwindows7sp1 It contains the link to the SP1 file download page and the steps that need to be followed before you begin.
