What exactly happens when you press the power button of the system? Do you see any display? Any error message or the computer is not even powering up? Please try these steps:
(A) Check the power cables and power connections.
(B) Disconnect all power connections and keep pressing the power button for 30 seconds. Connect back the power cable and try to start again.
(C) If the system comes up, see till what point it can boot and post here.
(D) Disconnect all the external peripherals which doing the above steps.
