I have recently installed Windows 7 on my computer that earlier had Windows XP. I don’t have much knowledge about customizing Windows 7. There are a lot of icons coming in the notification area of the taskbar. How can I hide some icons that are coming. Thanks.

In Windows 7, it is really easy to hide icons that show up in the system tray. All you need to do is click them and drag them to the ‘Show Hidden Icons’ button.

Note: To put them back, you can drag them from the hidden icon list and drop them to the system tray.
