The solution to a similar query as yours is listed at http://www.askiyogi.com/windows/windows-xp/error-while-working-windows-xp/777.html Please go through the details given here and follow them. You can also use the msconfig utility to minimize the programs that may conflict and produce errors. Try to delete this in safe mode as well. Your system seems to be infected. Multiple malware removal software are available on the internet too. I have personally used Malwarebytes. It provides almost overall protection and is pretty effective. It is available at http://www.malwarebytes.org
Download and install it. Then run a full scan in safe mode(tap the f8 key the moment you start the computer to get into safe mode) after updating the software. It should help you.
