To resolve this issue, lets try the follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type C:\Windows\Inf, and then click OK.
Note Substitute C with the drive letter of the local hard disk.
2. Right-click the dfrg.inf file, and then click Install.

When I use Explorer to delete files from a folder (on my external drive) they don't disappear from the screen. They apparantly stay in the folder. So I think I did something wrong and try to delete them again, but nothing happens. Meanwhile, I've learned they were deleted but they only disappear from the onscreen folder after 'refresh'.
