Did you get the 64bit version pre installed in your system and do you have a 32Bit OS media with you. In case you do not have you will have to procure one. Please backup the system and then I would suggest you to do a fresh Install of Windows 32 bit and before this you will have to makes sure you have all the relevant 32bit drivers for your system.
