In this case please follow these steps
o Reset the Laptop Battery.
o Restart the computer
o Select Start windows Normally if the startup repair window comes up.
o If this does not help then we need to run fixmbr on the harddrive.
 Put the Windows 7 dvd in the computer
 Follow the instructions and boot in WINRE
 Run the following command
 bootrec.exe /fixmbr
 bootrec.exe /fixboot (may return an 'Eliment not found' message)
 bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
 Complete the process And restart the computer.
