Why am I facing the Bootmgr missing error as I start my computer that has Windows 7, any idea?

We can try some troubleshooting steps using the Windows 7 DVD.

We will try to repair the Operating system
• Put the Windows 7 installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.
• Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” comes on the screen.
• Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.
• Click Repair your computer.
• You will see System Recovery Options dialog box, choose the drive of your Windows installation and click Next.
• In System Recovery Options Dialog Box, click on Repair your computer.
• Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click on NEXT.
• In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Startup Repair.

We will try to rebuild the BCD using Bootrec.exe Tool
• Put the Windows 7 installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.
• Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” comes on the screen.
• Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.
• Click Repair your computer.
• Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
• In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
• Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.
We will use WINRE to do a System restore

• Put the Windows 7 installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.
• Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” comes on the screen.
• Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.
• Click Repair your computer.
• In the System Recovery Options dialog box, select the drive of your Windows installation and clickNext
• In the System Recovery Options Dialog Box, click on System Restore.
• Follow the System Restore Wizard instruction as usual and choose the appropriate restore point.
• Click Finish to restore the system.
