When I start my Windows 7-based laptop, the booting fails. Actually it is now booting from DVD drive. How can I set it to boot from the hard dsik?

Here are the steps:
(A) Please start the computer and press the relevant key like F2/DEL to go to BIOS
(B) Go to the Boot page and open the boot order settings identify the HDD which has the OS and use the relevant keys to take it to the top.
(C) Save the settings and restart the system.
