If this is happening in multiple programs, it seems to be Windows issue. First of all please update your security software and run a full scan. Delete any infections found. Now start the system in safe mode and then try to see if the save works. If yes, then there must be some program running in the background that is causing this issue. You will have to use the msconfig utility to identify the program and uninstall/disable it.
