You cannot use GIF images as backgrounds, you may have to use some third party application which may help you to do this but thats at your risk, I do not recommend it as it may hit performance.

I bought a windows 7 laptop right around the time it was released.. lately, however, it has continued to report the time by 20 to 30 minsafter correcting it multiple times.. i do put it to sleep sometimes but i guess it has an internal clock and should not do this. whats causing this??
