Please try the following steps:

(a) Run the photo gallery as administrator.
(b) Uninstall any other graphic utility software.
(c) Boot computer to safe mode and check if you are able to edit.
(d) Run a Windows update.

I have a 10 month old computer and it worked absolutely fine till last night. Since morning, it has gone very slow. When i started it, it got stuck on a black screen for more than 5 mins and another 5 mintes to reach my login screen. Everything is now slow. I installed win 7 in my Dell which came with vista, I have a c:\ drive with only 14.5 GB, (122MB free) and a d:\ drive with 134GB (101GB free.) I keep getting error messages that my c:\ drive is full. Both drives have similar programs and files. How can I free space on c: ???

WHen I do an alt-tab in Windows 7, if I don't constantly switch window (holding down alt and quickly clicking tab) it will go into Peek mode. Normally, I would expect the alt-tab window to stay on top when the Peek happens, but, instead my little alt-tab window disappears behind the windows being brought forward by the Peek. I can still cycle through the windows by pushing alt-tab, but my window has disappeared.
