Arrange your pictures by folder, month, day, rating, tag, or another property by clicking in the library pane (above the file list), click an item in the Arrange by list. Select the feature you want to use for arranging.

I am trying to load up my computer but it comes to a page (where the option for safe mode usually is) and the only two options are to do system recovery or start normally. When I try to start normally it brings me back here and when I try system recovery nothing really happens.

When I tried installing Windows 7 on my computer, error code 0x80070570 was displayed. The message stated that Windows cannot copy files required for installation.
