If there is no audio on the computer, then try these steps:

a) Click on start
b) Click on Run
c) Type devmgmt.msc and click on OK
d) Check if the audio drivers are properly installed and functioning.
e) If not, install the drivers from the driver’s disk that you got with the computer. You can also download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
f) You can also check for the Audio Service. To do so,
• Click on start
• Click on run
• Type services.msc and click on ok
• Look for “Windows Audio” and make sure that it is started and set to automatic
