I am trying to load up my computer but it comes to a page (where the option for safe mode usually is) and the only two options are to do system recovery or start normally. When I try to start normally it brings me back here and when I try system recovery nothing really happens.

If you are unable to boot to the desktop and the options that you have on the screen do not work, then try these steps:

a) Try to boot from the windows Vista/Windows 7 disk
b) When you get the option to install windows, you will see an option to repair your windows. Select it.
c) It will take you to the WINRE Console
d) Try to do a system restore from here.
If that does not help, please repost
