I guess you want to do a reinstall of the OS due to some issues and you have already backup the data. Since you don’t have the restoration disk, you will not get an option to reinstall the OS but you can do a factory restore if your system allows it and has an option for it. For this you will have to check if your system has a separate recovery partition and you have not deleted any files from it. You have also not given any details of the Windows version that you have and the system model else I would have provided some more specific steps.
