By naming convention, I won’t be able to say what it may be. Please check the individual contents. Run scan with a security software. These files may be a result of extraction of some software that you have installed. Please check the contents accordingly.

I shut my laptop while it was on and an hour later when I opened it the screen went black and it was hotter than usual. I restarted it and now it loads a screen that asks if I want to run repair or start it normally. When I click run repair which is recommended, it just goes back to this screen. When I start normally it opens the Microsoft windows screen with the loading bar. However, it freezes on this screen every time. (Even when I try starting it in safe mode.)I tried safe mode and nothing happened. Need your urgent attention on this issue.

How can I make the ‘my pictures’ window show me a preview of the picture rather than a generic icon? It used to work that way.

I had been getting a warning about my windows 7 being pirated on my toshiba netbook, so I went out andbought an XP disk.. but as there's no cd drive, I had to make a bootable USB flash drive. Now I get a message on the first part of setup..... "Setup can not make the folder '\Windows, set up can not continue'" and that's it. Any ideas? I've made bootable drives before so I know what I am doing.

I removed the ‘recovery’ virus on my windows 7 laptop, but now, a bunch of my start menu shortcuts have become just empty folders (like word, excel etc). any idea how to get them back without having to get into program files and recreating them individually?
