If you are trying to create a new user account for your kids and wife, then try these steps:

A) Click on start
B) Click on Control Panel
C) In Control Panel, look for “User Account and Family Safety”
D) Click on “Add or remove user Accounts”
E) Click on Create a new account
F) Type in the name that you want for the account
G) Select the user type – Standard or Administrator
H) Click on Create Account
I) To create more accounts, repeat steps E) to H).
