You can disable the Welcome Screen so that you do not have to press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys. Please try these steps:

a) Click on Start
b) Click on run
c) Type control userpasswords2 and click on ok
d) Click on “Change the way users log on and off”
e) Uncheck “Use the Welcome Screen”
f) Click on Apply
g) Restart the computer and check if this helps
Also, if you have a password on the account, then you would have to disable the password prompt option so that you can login without having to enter the password
To do that, try these steps:
a) Click on Start
b) Click on Run
c) Type control userpasswords2 and click on ok
d) Under Users, select the user account
e) Uncheck the box that says user must enter a password”
f) Enter your password and confirm the same
g) Click on the advanced tab, uncheck the option “Require users to press ctrl + alt + del”
h) Save changes
