If you are running windows 7 or vista try the steps:
• Right click on the tiny computer in notification area and then click on network and sharing center.
• Click on manager wireless networks.
• Select all wireless network name one by one and click on remove.
• Restart the computer.
If you are running windows Xp then try the steps.
• Press and hold windows logo key and press letter ‘R’. it brings up run box.
• In run box type ‘ncpa.cpl’ without quotes and press ok.
• Right click on wireless network connection and click on properties.
• Click on wireless tab and remove all preferred network list.
• Apply the settings and restart the computer.

I've tried the toll free number and other numbers just now but it won't connect. Perhaps it needs country codes? I tried to contact you this morning using the support dock phone button but I have had no response today. Anyhow I think that this mornings problem is okay for now, if it persists I will contact you regarding that later. But I think also on the original set-up (yesterday) a digit may be missing as my primary contact. It says my phone number is 1747763000 which perhaps should be 61747763000. That may be why I did not receive a response from you today. I need to go home now but I will be back in my office tomorrow morning at 9am (Australia time). Now, each time I go online I get this Error that says, "Invalid username/password combination. If you continue to get this error, try entering your email address as your username". I click the x on the error, it goes away, I sign in as suggested, and I go online. However, each time I sign off, I must go through this same routine. This happens on Google chrome.
