Please try the following to resolve the issue:
a) Try a different browser and check if the issue persists.
b) Restart the computer in safe mode with networking:
• Restart the computer and keep tapping F8 when you see the OEM Logo
• Once you get Windows Advanced options, select Safe mode with Networking.
• Press enter if you are prompted to select the Operating System
• Login with your username and password
• Check if the issue persists in Safe Mode
c) Do a clean boot if the issue does not persists in Safe Mode:
• Click on Start
• Click on run
• Type msconfig and hit enter
• On the System Configuration window, click on the startup tab
• Click on disable all at the bottom right
• Now click on the services tab on the top
• Ensure that you have a check mark in the box “Hide All Microsoft Services”.
• Click on disable all at the bottom right
• Save changes and restart the computer in the normal mode
• Check if the issue is resolved.
d) Reset the Internet Explorer:
Note: Doing this, you will lose all the save passwords on the browser and the Browsing History and the Cookies. Do this only if you remember all the passwords.
i. Open Internet Explorer
ii. Click on Tools
iii. Click on Internet Options
iv. Click on the Advanced Tab
v. Click on Reset at the bottom right
vi. When prompted for confirmation, click reset again
vii. Re-open the browser and check if the issue still exists.
e) Run a full malware scan on the computer
