I have text and a photo on a word doc page. I can highlight just the text with yellow, but I want the whole background on the page yellow. Does anyone know please how i basically make a page background yellow….

Hi Phillis,

If you want to change the background color in word, you can change it by page layout option and click on page color. You can choose yellow color and make the background yellow.
