I got an e-mail from my friend with a PDF file as an attachment. When I tried to download it, an error message is displayed, "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded". Someone guide me to get rid of this.

The explorer closes while opening a docx file attachment from Email. How do I solve it ? It reads, "Internet explorer has stopped working.....A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." The files open on other computers just fine.
