worm.sohanat.aj is a malicious piece of code that infects the system and needs to be removed. Normally if your antivirus is updated, it should find the infection and give you an option to delete it. Multiple malware removal software are available on the internet too. I have personally used Malwarebytes. It provides almost overall protection and is pretty effective. It is available at http://www.malwarebytes.org
Download and install it. Then run a full scan in safe mode(tap the f8 key the moment you start the computer to get into safe mode) after updating the software. It should help you.

You never want to install more than one antivirus or the programs will conflict and render each other useless. You need to go to add/remove programs in the control panel and uninstall both of them completely and reboot. Then install a proper security suite (antivirus, firewall, antispyware) from the RELIABLE vendor and make sure you have a valid subscription... make sure you properly configure the program and complete all of the updates and have it setup to automatically download updates in future... then reboot and run a complete scan of your computer. You should turn off system restore until you can reenable it and create a clean restore point. Also make sure you exit out of all running programs.
