Two good antispyware programs that come to my mind are Spybot: Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes(provides almost overall protection). They are available at http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ and http://www.malwarebytes.org respectively
Download one of them and install it. Then run a full scan in safe mode(tap the f8 key the moment you start the computer to get into safe mode) after updating the software. It should help you.

Yes TT Hijacker is a spyware it is also known as Small. You can remove this virus by following these steps: 1. Download a good spyware removal utility and install it on your computer. 2. Open up your computer's Task Manager by pressing the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time. Click on the processes tab. 3. Check the listing of program files to see if there is a file named "Bind.exe." Click on the "Bind.exe" if it is present and then click "End Process." 4. Close the Task Manager. Bring up the computer's Start menu and select the "Search" option and type "Bind.exe" into the search field. 5. Right click the "Bind.exe" file and delete it. Type "regedit" into the search field and double click the icon that appears. 6. Press the ctrl + F buttons together to access the registry editor's search function. Now type "Bind.exe" into the search field. Delete the registry entry that shows up in the results. Close the registry editor. 7. Access the Antispyware utility that was already installed on your computer. Click on the program's "Update" button and wait for the updates to finish installing. 8. Click on the "Check For Problems" icon. Choose "Remove Problems" this will help you to remove TT Hijacker spyware.
