I download some files from peer to peer file sharing network. My computer has a TT Hijacker file. Is it a spyware? Can anyone tell me what should I do to remove this spyware from my computer?

TT Hijacket is a spyware so you will need a good anti-spyware to remove this.
Multiple spyware removal software are available on the internet. Two good antispyware programs that come to my mind are Spybot: Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes(provides almost overall protection). They are available at http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ and http://www.malwarebytes.org respectively
Download one of them and install it. Then run a full scan in safe mode(tap the f8 key the moment you start the computer to get into safe mode) after updating the software. It should help you.
