All spywares have to be dealt with as they can be harmful for your data. Multiple spyware removal software are available on the internet. Two good antispyware programs that come to my mind are Spybot: Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes(provides almost overall protection). They are available at http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ and http://www.malwarebytes.org respectively
Download one of them and install it. Then run a full scan in safe mode(tap the f8 key the moment you start the computer to get into safe mode) after updating the software. It should help you.
