If your computer is infected with viruses, then here is what I would suggest:

I would suggest you to restart the computer in safe mode and try to scan your computer. Try using Malwarebytes to scan the computer and remove all the infections it finds.
Click Start->Click Run->Type Temp and click on OK->Delete all files Click Start->Click Run->Type %Temp% and click on OK->Delete all files
Click Start->Click Run->Type Prefetch and click on OK->Delete all files
Optimize the Internet Explorer
Make sure that the IE pop-up blocker is turned on
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, under the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Cookies, and then click OK.
4. Click Delete Files, make sure that the Delete all offline content check box is selected and then click OK.
5. On the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults button.
6. Adjust your Internet security settings:
• Click the Security tab, and then click the Trusted Sites icon.
• Click the Sites button, and then clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.
7. On the Security tab, click the Default Level button to make sure that the security settings for Trusted Sites are set to the default level. Repeat these steps for the Internet zone and the Restricted sites zone.
8. Adjust your Internet privacy settings:
• Click the Privacy tab, and then click the Sites button.
• In the Address of Web site box, type hotmail.com , and then click Allow.
• Repeat step 2 for passport.com, live.com and for msn.com. You will know that you successfully added the sites because you will see the sites in the Managed Web sites box. Click OK.
• On the Privacy tab, click the Default button to make sure that the privacy settings are set to the default level.
