Please try these steps:
a) Boot into safe mode with networking:
• Turn the system on.
• On the OEM logo, keep tapping the F8 key.
• When you get to the Windows Advanced Options Menu, chose Safe Mode with Networking using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
• Press enter if you are prompted to select the Operating System.
• Login using your user name and password.
b) Download and install Malwarebytes from this link:
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
c) Run a full scan of the computer. Remove any infections that you find.
c) Delete the following files:
c:\Program Files\InternetSecurity2010
c:\Program Files\InternetSecurity2010\IS2010.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\41.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\winhelper86.dll
c:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon86.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\winupdate86.exe
d) Clear the temp folders. To do so, follow these steps:
o Click Start->Click Run->Type Temp and click on OK->Delete all file
o Click Start->Click Run->Type %Temp% and click on OK->Delete all files
o Click Start->Click Run->Type Prefetch and click on OK->Delete all files
e) Do a disk cleanup
f) Reset internet explorer.
g) Uninstall any unwanted or suspicious programs from the computer
h) Restart the computer and check the resolution
