Just to make sure your computer is not infected, please update the security software of your computer and run a full system scan. If the mouse is optical, make sure it is in a good surface. Mouse cursor can move if the surface in not good. The clicking noise can be from Windows sounds, you can disable this sound;

• Go to 'Control Panel'
• Double-click on the 'Sounds and Audio Devices' control panel
• Click the Sounds tab.
• Scroll down in the 'Program events' list until you find the 'Windows Explorer' section, then highlight 'Start Navigation.'
• Change the 'Sounds' drop down menu at the bottom of the dialog to '(None).'
• Press the OK button when done.
