If you are able to boot the system, click ‘Start’ and click ‘My Computer’. Then, right click the DVD drive and click ‘Eject’.
If, for some reason, it doesn’t work, look for a tiny hole near the DVD-ROM. This is provided to manually eject the tray.
Straighten a paper clip and insert it into the hole (you can even use the blunt end of a pin or a needle). The tray should pop right out.
Hope it helped.
