When I play a CD In Windows Media Player 11, an error message is coming, which states that Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. How to troubleshoot this error??

Recently I upgraded to Windows Media Player 11 on my Windows Vista-based computer. On opening the media player, the error message “To finish installing Windows Media Player, restart your computer and then log on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group” is displayed. Can you tell the reason for this error??
