Hi, You need to disable smart firewall and real time protection while downloading and installing yahoo mesenger as it may block it. Once it is installed you can enable it again . * Right click on norton icon on notification area and click on disable smart firewall and real time protection for next restart. * Download and install yahoo messenger and restart the computer * Firewall and real time protection will be enabled automatically
