I have a jpeg picture and I want to crop it I can crop it using Microsoft office picture manager but when I click on file to save this picture the save and save as option is grayed out and I can’t save the changes, anyidea hat’s wrong?

You can either discard or save changes that are made to individual pictures. To do so, try these steps:
a) Click on “Unsaved Edits” on the “Picture Shortcuts”
b) Click the picture for which you want to discard the changes that were made.
c) On the Edit menu, click Discard changes. On doing so, the picture will be removed from the Unsaved Edits folder.
d) Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each picture that you do not want to save. When you finish removing pictures that you do not want to save, follow step 5.
e) On the File menu, click “Save all” to save the pictures that you want. This saves all the pictures in the Unsaved Edits folder.
