Easy enough... Open an explorer window and goto Tools > Folder Options> File types tab
Find Zip select it & click Advanced & change icon. You can do the same from the control panel also.

The problem I’m facing pertains to the itunes store. Whenever I try to buy a song etc. I get the message ’We could not complete your itunes store request. The network connection timed out’.
