Activate the File tab of the ribbon, then click Options.
Click Quick Access Toolbar.
Select "File Tab" from the "Choose commands from" dropdown.
Scroll down until you see "Print Preview Edit Mode" in the list of commands.
Click Add>>, then click OK.
You now have a button on the Quick Access Toolbar to activate the "old" print preview.
