If you are sure that the credentials are correct, please try to clear the history and the cache and cookies from the browser and then try. You can seek help from http://help.aol.com/help/product/aim/

The file wmploc.dll has a version number of 12.0.7600.16415 where 12.0.7600.16385 was expected. It also says windows media player is not installed properly and must be re-installed, do you want to install the player from the Microsoft Website? I have tried your recommendations using UNREGMP2.EXE etc and it doesnt work. This is on windows 7.
