You have not mentioned which OS you are using and did you made any recent change like any updates etc. Try these steps:
(a) Please check McAfee folder at Start>Computer>c:>program Files, if it is there, open the folder and look for McAfee application, if found, create a shortcut to the desktop and then open it and see if it opens properly.
(b) If you are unable to trace McAfee, try to restore your system to a previous date when McAfee was there in your system.
(c) Make sure the subscription is active for McAfee.
