The solution to a similar issue is listed in the link http://www.askiyogi.com/software-programs-applications/itunes-adobe-programs-other-applications/4008.html . Please follow the steps mentioned here:
(a) In your browser, look for add-ons, if you see two or more versions of flash player, delete the older versions and restart the browser.
(b) Clear all the temp files, cookies and history from your browser.
(c) You can try changing HTTP in the address bar to HTTPS. This has worked for quite a few people.
(d) If nothing works, uninstall the flash player as per link http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and then run a registry cleaner, restart the system and then install the flash player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
